During your first visit, a comprehensive clinical assessment will be conducted to determine if there are any structural or mechanical injuries and/or dysfunction present. This assessment is crucial in identifying the underlying physical structures that may be causing pain or dysfunction.

The initial assessment and client interview typically require approximately 15-20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. For instance, if you booked a 60-minute massage, then 15 minutes of that time will be allocated to the assessment. 

It is advisable to book additional time for your first visit to ensure that you receive the full hands-on treatment time that you are looking to receive. This allows for a thorough evaluation and customized treatment plan to address your specific needs effectively.

TMJ massage is a specialized technique that targets the internal and external muscles of mastication (chewing muscles) to release tension and promote relaxation in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The first option is to lie on their side with strategically placed pillows that provide optimal support and comfort. The second option is to utilize our patented pregnancy cushion that is specifically designed to offer unparalleled support for pregnancy massage, effectively alleviating discomfort associated with breast sensitivity and lower back pain. 

Prenatal massage provides a safe and effective way to support the unique needs of pregnant women, helping them to relax and rejuvenate during this special time.

Our Comprehensive Assessment is designed to evaluate your condition and determine the most effective treatment plan. APPOINTMENT OPTIONS:

• 30 minutes – Assessment only (no laser treatment)
• 45 minutes – Includes a 30-minute assessment followed by 15 minutes of laser treatment
• 60 minutes – Includes a 30-minute assessment followed by 30 minutes of laser treatment
