Initial Assessment + Treatment (New Patient)
Description
A thorough analysis and assessment of the patient’s condition, beginning with an in-depth review of their medical history. During this process, we gather information about any past injuries, current health concerns, lifestyle factors, and other relevant aspects that may contribute to the condition being treated. Following the history intake, a detailed physical examination is conducted, which involves evaluating posture, movement patterns, and areas of discomfort. We also perform specific special tests designed to assess joint mobility, muscle strength, range of motion, and neurological function. These tests help pinpoint the root cause of the issue and guide us in creating a tailored treatment plan. Once the assessment is complete, a personalized treatment approach is implemented, which may include manual therapies, exercise recommendations, and additional modalities to address the findings from the examination. This all-encompassing process ensures that all aspects of the patient's condition are thoroughly evaluated and treated with an individualized and tailored approach.
