We are proud to offer direct billing services to our veterans. To take advantage of this benefit, veterans will need an annual doctor's prescription. This prescription serves as proof of the need for massage therapy and allows us to directly bill their insurance provider for the services rendered. This streamlined process eliminates the need for veterans to pay out of pocket and then seek reimbursement, making it a more convenient and worry-free experience for them. If you would like the clinic to direct bill, please ensure to provide the following information before you book your initial assessment as the provider will need to obtain authorization from the VAC Medical Authorization Centre. • Your name and DOB • Identification number (beginning with the letter "K") • Physician's name • Date of your doctor's referral Our direct billing services allow veterans to receive the massage therapy they need and have the costs covered by their insurance, as long as they have an annual doctor's prescription. We are honored to support our veterans and make accessing massage therapy easier for them.
